Product Refills

This morning, I woke up at 5 wondering why refills for shampoo aren’t really a thing. Yep. My brain works in mysterious ways! But think about it… In France it’s pretty common to buy liquid soap refills such as these:

Not only are they cheaper than regular bottles, but they also use so much less plastic!

With plastic being such a huge problem for the planet, now more than ever we should move towards this kind of things… and if those refills can be made out of materials other than plastic, or even recyclable plastics, wouldn’t that be amazing?

I was reading about new types of plastic bags made out of starch, that are totally recyclable and even edible! Obviously that wouldn’t work on liquid products, but still, science is a pretty cool thing!

Anyway… Back to sleep!
